STALL HOLDER REGISTRATION FORM

Thank you for your interest in the 2017 Waiuku Steel ’n’ Wheels Festival market.

Once your stall application is received by Waiuku Business & Development Association (WB&DA) you will receive an email from event organisers confirming whether your stall is able to attend this event.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE READ THE GUIDELINES BELOW BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION.
The cut off date for applications is April 14th. There are limited stall sites available and WB&DA do their best to accommodate all applications provided this benefits the event. The WB&DA reserves the right to place stalls in locations that work for the event and all parties that are participating on the day, including Businesses, displays, attractions and vehicles.
Bookings are to be secured with a $20.00 non-refundable deposit. Once you have been notified by us that you have been accepted to attend the event, please send your cheque to The Waiuku Business and Development Association, 2 Queen Street, Waiuku 2123 or make your payment to BNZ 02-0476-0167965-00. You must include a reference giving your business or stall name so we know that you have paid.
PLEASE DO NOT PAY THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION FROM WB&DA THAT YOU CAN ATTEND.
The outstanding stall fee will be collected on the day. All stall fees are used to pay for road closure costs and other market costs. There is no alternative rain date for this event.
You will receive an email prior to the event with details of your allocated stall position and arrival time. Stalls will be placed at set times in each area . Stall holders will not be permitted into the area until their allocated time. Stalls need to be ready for trading at 10am. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY BEFORE YOUR ALLOTTED TIME AS THIS CAUSES MAJOR CONGESTION. SITE REQUESTS: WE WILL DO OUR BEST BUT CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY STALLHOLDER A PARTICULAR SITE REGARDLESS OF PREVIOUS EVENTS.
EVENT REGULATIONS AND HEALTH AND SAFETY
Stall holders will have parking facilities near their stall site. To assist with congestion please unload quickly and park your vehicle. A market facilitator or marshal will advise where parking is located on the day. ALL VEHICLES OPERATING INSIDE EVENT CORDONS MUST HAVE THEIR HAZARD LIGHTS GOING AT ALL TIMES.
Stallholders will need to pack down and vacate the street by 3pm so the road can be re-opened. Please avoid blocking traffic flow during pack in and pack down so that other stall holders can enter and exit the area.
Please note you cannot leave the event area until after the event finishes and the road can safely be re-opened.
The event organisers are not liable for any damage or loss to a stall property, personal property or entrant/person at any time
THERE IS TO BE NO OPERATING OF A VEHICLE INSIDE THE EVENT AREA WITHOUT TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT STAFF APPROVAL AS THIS IS A HEALTH & SAFETY VIOLATION.
DO NOT ARRIVE AT ASSEMBLY POINTS OR THE TOWN CENTRE BEFORE YOUR ALOTTED TIME AS THIS CAUSES TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT ISSUES AND CONGESTION.
